Located South of Los Barriles, on the infamous East Cape of the Baja Peninsula, the resort project consisted of a lower community and in an upper community, split by Highway 1, the coastal highway connecting Los Barriles to Cabo San Lucas. Working in partnership with Pelican Partners, Jonathan Rader served as development architect for the project, performing all of the land planning and site elements of the project. Furthermore, the top of the hill is a federal Mexican monument, displaying the BCS and Mexican flags- thence- Las Banderas, or the flags.
For this 17 acre project, we designed the lower portion was to have a beach club, 14 beach homes, 10 villas, 15 duplex casitas, and three towers. The upper half was to have 44 homes sites and a hill top club adjacent to the federal monument.
