We worked with Brian Clevenger to open his first restaurant after spinning off from his position as head chef at the Ethan Stole restaurant Staple & Fancy. Brian’s new restaurant, named Vendemmia, is located in the quiet Seattle neighborhood of Madrona. Working with an extremely tight budget the design intent for the project was to support the vision of restaurateur who asked for a minimal space that allows the guest to be part of the cooking experience. In addition to a dining room and bar, there is a counter next to the cook line where people can try new items conceived by the owner/chef.
