Located on a very large rural lot, this 2,220 sf; this 70’s vintage house needed a lot of work, to adjust for the clients growing family and appetite for ‘zen’ style spaces. A new entry and mudroom were added to the front of the house. The kitchen, living room and and additional bedroom were completely demolished and remodeled. An expanded roof line was added to the living room with floor-to-ceiling glazing south-facing to capture the territorial views. An expansive deck with year round outdoor living space was added. Design was performed while at SkB Architects. The construction was performed by Heartwood Builders.
